Part II - Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment

For a diplomate to obtain annual Part II – Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment credit they must complete the following requirements:

  • Complete twenty-five hours of AMA category 1 CME credits. Diplomates will attest to completion once a year on the Professional Standing Form. At least 60% of the CME credits need to be in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery or the subspecialty are (if applicable).

AND

  • Participate in CertLink (answer at least 30 questions per year) or
  • Complete one ACCME PARS registered CME activity that is listed on www.cmefinder.org
